Ive been working as a vendor agent as licensed computer vendor, 5 months ago i started become dedicated server provider on our jointven business. My project is to open a web hosting business. I need someone can design :1. full integrated websites for : admin side customer side , front websites.2. automated order proccessing from customer made a sales to automated hosting setup so customer flawlessly get their hosting setup easy and right away after their payment approved.i am planning to open web hosting using windows server 2003 and linuxi do not have any integrated software like cpanel or ensim that basically they are leading software for web hosting business management. I need like those either the programmer design it or using ready made software integrating to my web sites project.the main point i need the integrated websites customized my own brand panels for login customer or login administration( like cpanel,ensim).it is gonna cost some money , i have told with many web developer so far i havent got satisfied decisions. anyone ??? Bid Smart - The lowest bidder doesn't always get chosen, far from it. Persuade your buyer why they should pick you - and they will.
Research - If John has paid more than $500 a contract for his last 10 project, why would you think he is interested in your $10 bid? Check up on the buyer, bid what he expects, and deliver quality to match.

Innovate - Suggest features the bidder didn't mention, talk about future extensions to the project, and discuss whether you think his or her approach is a good idea. Show interest, intellect, and willing.
