I need a simple, searchable MySQL database with roughly 40 fields and the following scripts. One to enter information into the database (like a submission form), another to allow clients to search the database, and another to store information of said clients (such as a registration form, preferably with the ability to assign username and password). A script that allows for subscriptions would be handy as well. The information is mortgagerelated, so mortgage experience would help. Please also indicate if you have any familiarity with mortgage 1003 applications, Calyx POINT files (.PCF), .fnm (fannie mae) files, and .pdf conversion as I will be needing someone with this knowlege for future projects. This is highly preferable.I realize Im on the lower end of the budget with this project, but my main goal is just to have a workable database and a script that allows someone to search it. Please PM for more details. Thank you.
Bid Smart - The lowest bidder doesn't always get chosen, far from it. Persuade your buyer why they should pick you - and they will.
Research - If John has paid more than $500 a contract for his last 10 project, why would you think he is interested in your $10 bid? Check up on the buyer, bid what he expects, and deliver quality to match.
Read - Please read the bid request - I cannot emphasise this enough - if you do not read the bid request then you will not be chosen, this is pretty much certain. Mention the bid request specifically in your application, and don't forget to repeat the key deliverables.
Innovate - Suggest features the bidder didn't mention, talk about future extensions to the project, and discuss whether you think his or her approach is a good idea. Show interest, intellect, and willing.
