I need a basic web design for financial services business. I need it to look professional. I have a number of items that I need listed in a couple of menu systems. The first menu system I need, customer care, investor relations, oppurtunities and real estate pros. The second menu system I need, finance your dream, personalize with your style, find your home, new developments, partners and associates. THe third menu system I need, contact us, about us, our slogan and an empty spot for an additional category to be placed there later. I have enclosed my logo for you to use in the design. This could lead to a lot of business for someone because this business has the potential to be a large site. But I need to see who has the best design before I decide to go with one person. Bid Smart - The lowest bidder doesn't always get chosen, far from it. Persuade your buyer why they should pick you - and they will.
Research - If John has paid more than $500 a contract for his last 10 project, why would you think he is interested in your $10 bid? Check up on the buyer, bid what he expects, and deliver quality to match.
Read - Please read the bid request - I cannot emphasise this enough - if you do not read the bid request then you will not be chosen, this is pretty much certain. Mention the bid request specifically in your application, and don't forget to repeat the key deliverables.
Innovate - Suggest features the bidder didn't mention, talk about future extensions to the project, and discuss whether you think his or her approach is a good idea. Show interest, intellect, and willing.
