I own 3 separate businesses that we are in the process of merging into one entity. All 3 businesses are semi related to each other. We want to create a main portal page that customers go to and then have the option of clicking on one of three company divisions links. The link would take them to a (separate?) website with specific info on that productservice line. Here is a basic idea behind this www.livesiteinc.com. The 3 businesses are as follows, a corporate security and investigations business (like www.asetcorp.com) , a digital CCTV installation company (livesitevideo.com) and a custom residential audio, video, home automation, media streaming and integration firm(like www.ovationhome.com).We currently have livesitevideo.com done and also a matching brochure done. We need main portal page and 2 other websites (one for investigations and the other for residential integrations). We also need 2 additional brochures to match the above website designs. The websites and the brochures will be graphically rich with top quality, high res photos. Both web designs will be in latest version of flash and fast loading. For the main portal page I want to have our logo spinning in the middle of the three links to the company division sites. All of this might be confusing, but please let me know if you need additional info or look at our existing logo design. Contact me at ted at livesiteinc dot com for more info. Only true professionals with ability to provide copywright text for website and brochure, plus high res graphics and high quality flash animation need contact me. THANKS
Bid Smart - The lowest bidder doesn't always get chosen, far from it. Persuade your buyer why they should pick you - and they will.
Research - If John has paid more than $500 a contract for his last 10 project, why would you think he is interested in your $10 bid? Check up on the buyer, bid what he expects, and deliver quality to match.
Read - Please read the bid request - I cannot emphasise this enough - if you do not read the bid request then you will not be chosen, this is pretty much certain. Mention the bid request specifically in your application, and don't forget to repeat the key deliverables.
Innovate - Suggest features the bidder didn't mention, talk about future extensions to the project, and discuss whether you think his or her approach is a good idea. Show interest, intellect, and willing.
