The scope of our project is to create an online community for autograph collectors. Membership would be required to join this site so we would need to be able to accept cc, paypal, and also a downloadable form for the user to mail payment. On the home page we will need an optin to capture email addresses much like movieeye.com. This site must be fully automated. We want to offer an extensive database of celebrity addresses much like addresses.com, fanmail.biz, stararchive.com, mailhollywood.com, movieeye.com, and contactanycelebrity.com. We would also require assistance in locating a database similar to these websites. Please provide your suggestions along with your bid. We also would like to provide a forum for our members to record their new addresses and upload pictures of their celebrity autographs or encounters. In addition to this we would also like to offer an affiliate program much like contactanycelebrity.com who uses a program like Corey Rudls http:www.marketingtips.comassoctrac. We are also interested in an email contact program similar to Cory Rudls http:www.marketingtips.commailloop. This website will consist of 12 categories and we will need to have the ability to make daily updates inhouse much like stararchive.com. On our home page we would like to display a searchable database of celebrity birthdays. We have this database and will provide it to our new programer. We would like our users to have the ability to search any birthday on our database by date much like addresses.com. We would need a message board for our members to communicate amongst each other similar to mailhollywood.com. Also, please provide an explanation of the bandwidth to accommodate our project. We will be more than happy to answer any questions that you may have.
Bid Smart - The lowest bidder doesn't always get chosen, far from it. Persuade your buyer why they should pick you - and they will.
Research - If John has paid more than $500 a contract for his last 10 project, why would you think he is interested in your $10 bid? Check up on the buyer, bid what he expects, and deliver quality to match.
Read - Please read the bid request - I cannot emphasise this enough - if you do not read the bid request then you will not be chosen, this is pretty much certain. Mention the bid request specifically in your application, and don't forget to repeat the key deliverables.
Innovate - Suggest features the bidder didn't mention, talk about future extensions to the project, and discuss whether you think his or her approach is a good idea. Show interest, intellect, and willing.
