I need a a system that is currently half complete. It is like an online shopping mall that shows all our products and their specifications. It allows trade customers to apply for trade membership where they will be able to view trade prices for the products whilst normal members and the general public will be able to only view the retail prices. We specialise in selling refrigeration door seals which have many different sizes to suit a range of brand, model fridges. Often 1 seal with the same properties ie, colour, dimensions, extrusion type will fit many different models of refrigerator. Some seals are quotgenuinequot and we buy them in and others we manufacture. There is different pricing levels for commercial seals and domestic seals. So far I have a data base written in SQL which has components of its design missing which I would need completed. And I also have most of the design for the website done. The website designer was not interested in using the SQL code or database from the former programmer and was having another programmer develop that part for him before he left me hanging. He was having me begin entering all of the data in an excel spreadsheet that he said he could upload to the website. The website is at www.crsindustries.com if you feel you could add something of help or complete the system for me.

Bid Smart - The lowest bidder doesn't always get chosen, far from it. Persuade your buyer why they should pick you - and they will.
Research - If John has paid more than $500 a contract for his last 10 project, why would you think he is interested in your $10 bid? Check up on the buyer, bid what he expects, and deliver quality to match.
Read - Please read the bid request - I cannot emphasise this enough - if you do not read the bid request then you will not be chosen, this is pretty much certain. Mention the bid request specifically in your application, and don't forget to repeat the key deliverables.
Innovate - Suggest features the bidder didn't mention, talk about future extensions to the project, and discuss whether you think his or her approach is a good idea. Show interest, intellect, and willing.
